portable Small Sizee OxyHydrogen Generator Manual
Please read this manual first before you operate the oxy-hydrogen generator.
Oxy-hydrogen Generator is oxygen and hydrogen gas generator by electrolysis of water
1. Dissolve Electrolytic Powder
Put water and electrolytic powder (KOH/ NaOH) into container, Stiring. While dissolve, heat submit. Cooling for 10 minutes before ready to use.
Electrolytic powder: Water ratio is 1:4
One bottle is 0.5kg
 * Electrolytic liquid has strong basicity, has corrosion. Customs should use anti-corrosion canister, such as plastic, ceramics or glass bottles.
2. Add Electrolytic Liquid from water cap.
1) Open water cap
2) Put funnel to prevent electrolytic powder coming out
3) Drain electrolytic liquid into the machine
4) When water level shows 80% full, stop adding
5) Close water cap
  3. Add Filter Solvent (install at back side)
1） Take off the filter bottle ( screw to left side )
2） Add filter solvent into the bottle, no more than 1/2.
3） Put the filter bottle onto the machine again. Close it tightly.
Filter solvent is water or alcohol. It has functions of adjust fire, it is a safety parts.
  4. Testing
1) Connect gas output port and flamer with leather pipe. Customer selects proper nozzles according to processing requirement ( when replace nozzle, please reference to pictures " nozzle loading and unloading")
2) Plug power cord and power on. Power light will be on. Fan will run. When close flamer valve, gas output pressure will rise. It indicates everything goes on well.
3) Fire the gas. Directly toward to the work-piece in vertical or lean. Keep proper distance. Let fire uniformed heat the work-piece.
4) Shut down. Customer should immediately flam out the fire. Close the valve on the flamer. Otherwise may cause fire return.
Power off. Customer should power off equipment when fire is shut down. And should release rest gas inside the machine, let pressure drop to zero.

 * Use M10 spanner to install connector, and use N8 spanner to install nozzle. When install the nozzle, please refer to above picture, otherwise maybe easy to damage the nozzle.
* After power off the machine, customer should firstly close the "adjustable valve", in order to fire returning.
* Optional nozzles are not included in the accessory. If need, please contact supply to buy.
Maintenance.
1. Customer should add water in time. If water level is below 50%, need to add water ( no need to add electrolytic powder )
2. Once three months, advice customer to change new electrolytic liquid complicate. Because during using three month, old electrolytic liquid maybe dark, dirty or loss some effectiveness. When change new electrolytic liquid, customer should turn over the machine, drain out old liquid, clean the machine with pure water. After cleaning, add new electrolytic liquid again.
3. When add water or replace new electrolytic liquid or add filter solvent etc, customer should firstly power off the machine, close flamer (not do above when machine is still working). After changing the liquid, customer power on, open the flamer valve, drain out inside air, about 20 seconds, customer fire the gas and start to use.
Question and Answers
1. Fire become yellow: filter solvent too much or nozzle is dirty.
* customer should drain out some filter solvent or clean the nozzle and much better poke nozzle several times with a small pin.
* After doing above, when machine runs for some time, fires become blue.
2. Outputs pressure less: Current is small or machine has gas leakage or the flamer has gas leakage.
* change new electrolytic liquid.
* Close flamer valve. Power on the machine, use soap water to check machine and flamer. To find out gas leakage point.
3. Fire-Back: machine has gas leakage or anti-fire back equipment loss effect.
* check gas leakage point with soap water
* check anti-fire returning equipment.
4. No pressure: machine has gas leakage, pressure gauge break down, or no current
* Check gas leakage point
* Change pressure gauge.
5. No current Power supply, current gauge, pressure gauge, fuse or electric board break down.
* Replace new parts and check electric line fault
* Power supply output is DC 5V, Current gauge 60A, output pressure 0.08--0.19MPa, fuse is 16A
Application
All kinds of metal precision welding, glass products flaming polishing and fusion sealing. And all kinds of metal and non-metal heating.
Dangerous
* KOH is alkaline, has corrosion. Forbidden to eat. If want to know more about KOH, could read some chemical books.
* Fire temperature is 2800 centigrade, forbidden to play or rotate at random.
* forbidden to operate the machine when hand is wet, may cause electric shock hazard.
Warming
* Forbidden customer to open machine and repair. Don't put metal on the machine.
* Must use wire line with earth cable.
* Forbidden to fire gas when there is no pressure.
* If find abnormal condition, such as abnormal sound, smell, smog, very high temperature, electric leakage etc, customer should power off machine immediately, and connect supply.
* Machine must use pure water, forbidden to use normal tap water.
